August reccers: volunteer post

Comment with the username you'll be using to rec and the category you want, choosing a category from the list below or selecting a more rare category that has been used in the past. If you want to rec a category that is not on the list below or in the community memories, feel free to ask. Remember that you may volunteer for a category that isn't listed.

Why This Must Be Read: malayneseahawk wrote Ignoti Nulla Cupido, in which Daniel visits an AU that seems perfect. But this superb remix shows that the grass truly isn't greener, even if might appear that way to the outside observer.

Great characterization and superbly uneasy undercurrents leave the reader with the sobering thought that consequences and trade-offs always exist... and that really, our own SG-1 universe is a pretty good one, after all.
