Why This Must Be Read: I love this pairing and so few write them. But fortunately clockstopper is one of the few. This humorous little Christmas fic is a trademark example of the author's fluffy side, though is definitely not all she does. The story revolves around a trip home to meet the family during the holiday season A funny look at the jealousy shown on both sides revolving around the fandom's more common pairings for both men. Fueled on Lorne's part by Jeannie's own foot-in-mouth contribution. I love the author's take on the Miller family, Jeannie in particular, her Lorne and most especially her Rodney who remains his crotchety self even amidst the fluff.

Well I hope my few little recs for this pairing was of use to some, I think this will be my last one for the month...

Why This Must Be Read: Based on Pride & Prejudice, it combines my love of Jane Austin with my love of Atlantis. Using the version with THE Mr. Darcy as the guide for the Austin side of things what is delivered is a well crafted, entertaining story.

Why This Must Be Read: I could just live up to my lj name and point in the direction of this Author's work saying "Go. Read all. All is great." However they do want individual story recs and I did agree to do it. :)

The author does a wonderful job of interweaving Season 2 canon into this four part series. I do love her take on both Lorne in this fic and the idea of him and Cadman being best friends. Plus the idea of one guy chasing another guy across galaxies (though a little stalkerish) was one I enjoyed, especially as it was McKay being chased.

I am stepping way outside of my comfort zone this month by actually recommending fiction. I will do so by focusing on a rarer Atlantis slash pairing: McKay/Lorne.

Why This Must Be Read: I figure if I am going to do this I need to recommend the story that got me hooked on this couple when I first stumbled across it. Not only did it prove that I was not alone in my insanity but it was quite entertaining as well. It's told from Sheppard's POV as he observes the beginning of something between the other two.
