Why This Must Be Read: This story is very Daniel-centric, and it's probably one of the best of those out there. Reading it helps you understand the kind of relationship Daniel has with each member of the team, including (of course) the new commanding officer of SG-1.
While the team goes off-world for a diplomatic/exploration mission, Daniel suddenly gets some strange abilities. He now has to handle his lack of knowledge of what is happening to him, but also an excess of knowledge to what's happening around him, especially with his teammates. Kylie Lee paints a beautiful picture of how our favorite archaeologist's relationships change with his own change of perspective. Daniel and Sam's friendship is particularly explored with amazing depth, showing us the kind of fraternity you get when you have been working -- and risking your life -- with a person for almost a decade. Though don't be mistaken, dear reader: Daniel and Cameron's relationship is as well painted as Daniel and Sam's, including an almost palpable sexual tension between them at all times. Have a nice read, people!
