Why This Must Be Read: This is a lovely angsty Entity based fic, one of my favourite Sam/Janet stories. Oceangazer captures Janet and Sam perfectly individually and as a pair. This can be read as friendship (Oceangazer's authors notes admit this was intended originally as a friendship piece) or, if you prefer, theres enough subtext written so perfectly that it's completely believable :)
