Author's Summary: After the events of "Double Jeopardy," Daniel returns with Harlan to P2X-729 to help retrieve the bodies of the synthetic SG-1 while pondering the differences in their lives.
Why This Must Be Read: The author's notes say: "I just wasn't satisfied. I wanted more Daniel for this episode and I have a soft spot for Harlan and the robots." This is a purely Daniel story, that deals with Daniel's reaction and thoughts and feelings about the deaths of the SG-1 duplicates. I love the way she writes Daniel because I can see him in this story. I also enjoyed the direction this story took, because it helps to bring some closure to this episode, while also opening things up for the future.
P.S. I thought I recced this story before, but it was only posted on December 10th and it's not on my list, so I apologize if this is a duplicate.
