Rodney thinks that bonding experiences should probably not involve his bathtub.

Set in S4, after Teyla and John clashed, Teyla is suspended from team missions because of her pregnancy. This is the aftermath of a misson gone wrong told from Rodney's POV and pretty amusing. In humorous stories I often find that the comical part is somewhat overdone, steering the story right into the realm of comedy. This one balances skillfully on the edge. It is funny, with a pinch of insightful perceptions of Rodney, which shows how well he knows his teammates, though without turning the characters straight into comedy figures.

Great, inventive story, in which everything fits perfectly together. This story just flows. Action, adventure, character background, arguments, bickering, angst, and a happy end, all written by an author who knows their art, what more do you want? If you're looking for a long, captivating read - that's the one for you.
