Why this must be read:
Sam's got a point, with all that happens at the SGC, it's amazing that they aren't crazy or dead yet. XD A simple Stress Test from a magazine gets a SGC make over with random additions from SG1. Causes of stress range from gaining a new family member (It's a clone!) to touching glowy crystals to the special bonus points section containing Ba'al, Anubis, and the IOA. My personal favorite that reality indicates it's time to throw in the towel and go home: any day on which we run out of coffee. >.< LOL Enjoy the proof that the Stargate Program will drive you wacky or just make you laugh, depending on how you see the world. LOL

Why this must be read: This is an AU in which Sam was injured in the same accident in which her mother died. She ended up with a disability, a problem in her leg which prevented her from joining the military and changed things completely. The Sam we see here is not the confident Captain we get to see on the show, but an introvert scientist who is so used to being invisible that she actually expects it. The character development is very, very good, and it's interesting to see how much joinging the Stargate program changes her life.

Summary: No matter what path she takes, there were some things that were destined to be.

Why This Must Be Read: This was one of the very first Little Daniel stories I ever read. It caught my imagination and triggered my love of the genre. What I love about this one is that it's as much about Jack and Daniel's friendship as it is about little Daniel. The sense of loss Jack feels at losing his friend not just once but twice over is poignant and heartfelt writing.

Gairwyn and Kendra are there to help her when she emerges from the Hammer, and they offer sanctuary... but this Sha're isn't going to sit things out when she can destroy Apophis -- and save her husband, too!
