Why This Must Be Read: I'm not usually in the habit of reccing drabbles but this was just one of those amusing things that has to be read... "If Cam had realised he'd be married by the end of the day, he would have made a bit more effort with his hair that morning.". Very nice little drabble, that can be shippy or not for those of you who aren't Sam/Cam fans! ;)

Why This Must Be Read:

I just love the team dynamic from back in the first few seasons. The bonds of their friendships were still being tested, and they were still trying to figure each other out and how they would meld together into a strong unit.

This is a great little snippet showing Daniel trying to prove himself to the more military minded Sam and Jack. It's a fantastic trip down memory lane to where he still referred to Sam as Captain/Doctor and still had that little bit of awkwardness to him.

In so doing, the author creates a world that is as vividly real to the readers' senses as it is to Jack's and Daniel's. And as they journey along that road between the high walls, Keiko seamlessly weaves in the journey Jack and Daniel make towards each other, in ways that are so, so sensual and very Jack and Daniel.
