Why This Must Be Read: I love all of Little Red's fics, but this one is quite possibly the one I enjoy the most. An incident off-world connects John and Elizabeth in a way they never thought possible and the consequences are squee-worthy to any 'shipper. From start to finish, it feels as though the reader really has set up shop in John's mind, taking into account everything her perceives.

And also: thank goodness for alien kings. They're most helpful.

Why This Must Be Read: What began as a small little ficlet inspired by the Season 3 promo pictures has morphed into a wonderful little series full of fluff and Sparky loveliness. Set at some undetermined point in the future, hoperomantic weaves a beautiful little tale of John and Elizabeth's journey as they grow closer and closer.

She still adds to this series on occasion, and each part is just as wonderful as the last. Definitely an enjoyable read and something to keep an eye on for future updates.

Why This Must Be Read: Many fans of this pairing favor what they term the 'slow burn.' In Logically Irrelevant, Miera portrays that term perfectly. The romance between John and Elizabeth is completely believeable. Miera also manages to combine the unusual and dangerous circumstances in which the two of them live with the characters' growing feelings for one another.

This fic will make you both smile and cry. The simple and elegant descriptions are so well-done that you really picture this actually happening within the show. It's that amazing.
