Hey all! [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], our humor rec'cer for the month, has asked that I post her rec for her. She's a bit tied up at the moment but wanted to make sure that she made her recs. (Impressive dedication. *smiles*) So here is her first.
Rec Category: Humour
Pairing: None
Category: Humour, crossover
Warning: Gen. Post-series for Gilmore Girls; around "current" times for SGA, and spoilers for some parts of Season 4 of SGA, namely the Teyla thing. Post SG-1 series finale.
Author on LJ: [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]
Author's Website:Mhalachai's Writing
Link:Physics of the Spin
Summary:There's something familiar to John Sheppard about the girl with the cleft chin and the pretty blue eyes...
This is a WIP
Why This Must Be Read:
I was never a fan of the Gilmore Girls but seeing I was curious as to what McKay would think of having a child I read part 1. This is brilliant. And incorporating Vala as the one who adopts a big sister role leaves me laughing my head off. Vala gets to the point when all others try the diplomatic approach to dealing with a young woman whose life has been turned upside down.
