Why This Must Be Read: For me, "Unending" was all about Teal'c and Sam, and no one conveys all the emotion and depth of those two characters quite like Rowan. She leads us through the progression they make from friendship to something more - without ever forgetting what they've left behind back home - and to the inevitably heartbreaking conclusion in one of the most beautiful fics I've ever read. Even if you're not usually a fan of Sam and Teal'c, you need to give this one a shot. You won't regret it.
