Why This Must Be Read: Because I believe, if John were going to do it, ask the big question, this is the way he would do it.rain_dances does a wonderful job of capturing the vulnerable, insecure side of Sheppard when he does not get an immediate response from McKay. She draws credible reactions for those characters close to Sheppard as the story unfolds. Him, not explaining. Them, not pushing. McKay at a loss, though he is supposed to be in the know.
