He'd barely managed one long, relieved breath when Vala stuck her head back into the room.
"You're not cheerful are you? Because I could work with that."
"I’m not what?"
"Cheerful." She frowned. "What? That's not what you say here? Cheerful… happy… gay." Her smile blossomed, bold and bright and dangerously toothy. "Gay! That's it! You're not gay are you?"
