Why this must be read: This is part of a much longer series that starts off with Daniel/Vala and ends up with the both of them seducing Cameron. The story I link to here is very heartbreaking, with sex going hand-in-hand with love and need, and yet - by the end of it, despite the bittersweet note to this, you can feel happy for Daniel and the decisions he's made.
