Admin: A 'Banner' Moment

Please excuse the pun in the subject line. I couldn't help myself. I'm so excited to be making this post. In about a month, we will be celebrating our third year as a community. It's hard to believe it! We've come SUCH a long way from our very humble and oftentimes, very slow, beginnings. I've always been proud to say that we aspire to the levels of [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], and for one fandom (two TV shows!), I think we have a wonderful thing going here.

In celebration, I asked a dear friend of mine, [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], to create some "I Rec For Stargateficrec" banners! They're 500x100 in size, and what I would LOVE is to have people put them on their userinfo pages. It's great PR for the comm. [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] used to do it, and while I don't see the banners anymore on their userinfo, I still have one that I use for them. :)

So basically, I'm hoping to see these banners floating around. Please, as always, save to your own computer and don't hotlink. Thanks... and SQUEE!

Thank you! It's kind of hard for me to believe that it's only been around since April of '04. It's come a long way very quickly. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it!
