Why This Must Be Read: If you asked me my honest opinion on the character of Elizabeth Weir, I'd say that I'm pretty indifferent to her on a good day. But there are days that I would sympathize and identify with her. But she really doesn't get all that much to do in the show, other than serve as the head honcho of the city. I read this story and it's a really nice insight into her thoughts about being in the city all the time, taking care of the day to day functions and not being out in the field doing what her team does: making contact with people and things like that.
