Why This Must Be Read:
I have a love of fics that break outside the traditional mode of storytelling, and this is a fantastic example of how multimedia can be used to great effect to give a fic a visual as well as an emotional impact.
Beginning post "McKay and Mrs Miller", Teyla begins a correspondance with Jeannie Miller - an exchange of postcards. We see their writing styles, added notes scrawled across the cards, enclosed drawings, and before long the rest of the Atlantis team join in as well.
friendshipper adds so many little details and touches that make the experience of reading the postcards very personal, it's almost as if you've come across a packet of saved letters. They'll bring a smile to your face and are absolutely worth reading
