Jonah thinks about heat and dreams during "Beneath the Surface".

The story takes place when Jack and Daniel believe that they are Jonah/Carlin. Jonah dreams of Carlin and can't understand why he's drawn to the enigmatic stranger.

Interesting POV story written from Jack's perspective and well worth the read. Enjoy!

Um. Normally I wouldn't do this, because I know that recs are not for the writers (but thank you anyway :)), but I was surfing friendsfriends and stumbled across this, and thought I'd better let you know that I'm actually in the process of closing my easynet webspace, having moved across to a new host, and the site will cease to exist on 30 September.
