Why this must be read:

Okay, I admit that I'm in a VERY angst-y mood tonight. But that moment in Nightwalkers sticks so vividly in my mind. The look on Jonas' face... I cannot deny the fact that my heart goes out to this character. I am a minority; I know, but it doesn't change the fact that I absolutely love this character.

Finding this little 'gem' is very nice. When I first read it, I was touched by Sam's compassion and understanding. Being a Jonas/Sam shipper, I love a story where they recognize what's going on between them and Drea handles it in a way that perfectly compliments the anguish that Jonas is feeling after their trip to find Flemming.

It's a short story, but it's very sweet with just enough angst thrown in to be exactly what's needed when life is a bit angst-y and dramatic.
