Why This Must Be Read: A sort of coda to Common Ground, we have John trying to work out some excess energy with the help of Teyla and Rodney. Both pairings are very nicely written here, despite my own reservations about John/Rodney, and really shows the difference in John's relationship with Teyla and with Rodney and the level of intimacy between them. Although Ronon is briefly mentioned, this story feels like a team!love story and I like that.
