sga_flashfic, this is a nice little take on John and Teyla's first meeting but this is much more brief as they only spot each other at the bar and smile at each other briefly. But aha, there's more to that than it seems! There's a little angst on John's part and the story is left open-ended as it's displayed as an excerpt from an imaginary romance novel, but it's nonetheless very enjoyable.
