Why This Must Be Read: In my del.ici.ous bookmarks, I have a story category for "cute". These are sweet stories, with a little humor (usually) and not a lot of angst (though there is some), that just leave me with a warm and happy feeling when I am done. So, as I picked a story yesterday from the dark!fic spectrum, I thought today would be a good day for something...well, cute.
In this story, John is reading the Atlantis classified and stumbles on an ad for someone who is looking for a sperm donor. This causes a lot of hoopla as word gets out; everyone has an idea on who it is who is asking, and why they would be the perfect donor. As the story progresses, John and Rodney get drawn together, and move from friendly rivals to more than just friends.
Oh, the story was originally posted in parts, so I have linked to the final piece of it. That one has links to all of the preceding bits.
