This is a different fic. It's in the second person. Normally, I wouldn't recc something like that since I am picky about tenses, but what I loved about this fic was the power behind it. The concept is an interesting one, highlighting the bond between Teal'c and Sam that is often read differently or overlooked altogether. I highly recommend it.
