Okay, Shalott wrote two SG fics. And in my humble opinion, that's like a dozen too few. There are a few authors that really nail both character voice and those little physical cues that make them jump right off the tv screen and into the story. Shalott does that.
I'm gonna borrow a page from Anna S.'s rec page.
Why you should read this: Arguably one of the best written Jack/Daniel dialog fic's out there. And by dialog, I mean words and body language.
What will take you out of the fic: In my opinion, not much. It is a CLICHE. So just let the duex ex machine theme flow over you like water off a duck's back and just enjoy the words.
