Why this should be read:
I like my Sam/Jack a little fucked up. It's sad but true. This is fucked up; there's no romance in this one at all, and that really works in the scenario.
Maybe my favorite Jack moment in a fic ever: "Weir looks like Carter who looks like Sara who looks like - shit - his mother. There's a memory in there somewhere of Daniel staring at a photograph and saying “Huh. For a minute there I thought that was Sam.” He can’t say he hadn’t noticed. He’s not *that* dumb."
