Why This Must Be Read:
This is what happens when Ford and McKay get stuck in an underground ice cave together. Unlike other stories of this type, it doesn't lead to frozen sex, it leads to banter between the two of them about the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. It also leads Ford to attempt to tell McKay that although he's in the military, he's smart also and that McKay should see that. And somehow it ends up in a snowball fight. It's a just a short, sweet fic that is perfect for a very hot Saturday evening.

Rodney starts laughing somewhere after the third or fourth snowball. He doesn't know what it is about balling up frozen bits of water and watching them impact Ford that amuses him so much, but it does.

Even more when Ford laughs and hurls one back.
