Mmm, I so agree re the recc. I love to see the social and less assured Rodney, as opposed to the scientific genius/hero character, explored more deeply.

On the general subject of reccs for this site, I just checked out the rules for reccs yesterday and it seems as if I have to make four reccs in a month to be on the list of reccers. Is that what you understand of how it works?

Yes; once you've claimed your character or pairing, then you just have to make four recs in a month. This is my third, and I'll be making one more in May. I think you can make more than four in a month if you want to, though.

Oh that was quick! Yes, re knowing the reccs are read *g*. I really do appreciate all the reccs, as it reminds me quite often of stories I've read and forgotten (although not forgotten in your case ;-).

Thank you for thae confirmation re reccs too. I checked it out yesterday because I wanted to recc a story by the same author you did (Back from the Well), and then I discovered the 4 reccs stipulation, so thought I'd have to give it all more thought.

Well, if you already have one rec (ooh, Back From The Well - I remember that one - such a good painful story), then finding three more is not that hard. I found it harder to limit myself to four, actually. *g*

And remember, it's perfectly alright for you to pick other people's brains, too; you can ask your friends, or check other fic websites that have categories (like Wraithbait or SGA_Crossroads - http://sga.fictionresource.com/fic_index.php).

I say you should go for it! Especially if you're going to be recc'ing John/Rodney/Carson threesome fics! *enables you madly*
