Why This Must Be Read: This is a fantastic addition to Scribe's Shower Series. In an episode tag to Children of the Gods, Scribe manages to capture the essence of Daniel as he was when he first came back from Abydos. I loved her portrayal of Jack's interest and concern for Daniel and the way this is resolved. There's a little bit of humor, a little bit of empathy, and the ending is so Jack and Daniel and beautiful in its simplicity.
