Why This Must Be Read: I'm a sucker for character studies that are an outside look on the character in question, especially when it uncovers an understanding about that character that you don't see mentioned in fic very often. I like this story so much--it's deceptively simple, yet so very full of insights into who Rodney is. Radek watches Rodney as Rodney works, and gets why they put up with Rodney's quirks with very little fuss.
