Why This Must Be Read:It's been 9 years now and in the cannon SG-1 universe Daniel has never been honored for his accomplishments or actions at the SGC. Tiv'ester fixes that with a great "should've been" scene from Season 8's "New Order". It's warm, it's fun, it doesn't take shots at anyone...except maybe Vice Pres Kinsey. It's just a fun feel good peice that shouldn't be an A/U but is.

Thanks for this rec! I loved it. Yeah it really shouldn't be AU... why can't they just say something nice about Daniel for once *sigh*

Tiv'ester is a great author, my fave is "The Battle Royal", I just love it! :D
