Why This Must Be Read: I read this a while ago and recced it for the Gen category but I didn't see it recc'ed here. This is one of those fics with many layers. It can be seen as a team fic, a Jack/Daniel friendship fic. But it also is a great Jack fic. Lots of Jack whumping and Jack angst and an engrossing read.
