Why This Must Be Read: The story is all about how mini-Jack deals with long-term memory loss following a horrendous car accident. The few things he can remember make no sense whatsoever, especially considering the fact that he appears to be 16. Then he gets found by people who not only believe him, but also seem to know him very well, so being typically Jack he decides to play along and fills in the gaps under his own steam. BIG mistake.
Regards the slash, it has very little significance to the plot (in my opinion). What little there is isn't particularly graphic or long-winded, but it is constantly in the background.
