Open Reccer's Month ends; February reccers

A warm welcome tostarwatcher (and, I think graycardinal) as new and shiny reccers! And a special tip of the mod's hat in appreciation to starwatcher for being such an enthusiastic newbie. :)
We now return tostargateficrec's regular mode of volunteer reccers who commit to two recs minimum for the month. Our reccers for February are:

I'll be around, too, making my usual random recs.
Reccers, you all have access and can start posting at any time. Remember that you have committed yourself to reccing at least two fics over the course of the month, although of course we will be happy with more.
