Why This Must Be Read: I'm starting this month reccing an entire series that I have read 16ish times now. Brumier's That McShep Boy is a collection of short ficlets in a Kid Fic AU. It's wonderful and sweet, full of feels and hilarity and the stresses of family life. It's non-linear so reading it all in one go feels like John and Rodney are telling the story of AJ's life and Rodney tells a story and then John interrupts with "No wait, remember the time when..." It's a 21k series with 23 works, most of them are Teen though one is E (and it's a fantastic E rated fic based on just married feels).

Brumier says it best in their own words:
