Why This Must Be Read: New AU flavor I didn’t know I needed: Demon AU! With John as the demon and Rodney as the human. Unlike my previous rec, which is just incredibly hot, this one is both hot and comes with a Faustian twist. Similar to my previous rec, we have a younger, less-confident Rodney who has fallen into a relationship with demon!John, who we know nothing about but the implication of how much he has going for him is intriguing. This is the second installment in the series, and the first is well-worth the read (both pieces are short). Rodney here is a little melancholy and lonely, and as hot as his encounter is with John, he remains unfulfilled, and the possibilities of the consequences John has opened himself to are only hinted at by the end of the story, but you’ll want to know more.
