This is so how NCIS and SGA should be crossed! Three naked marines from the Antarctic base suddenly appear in a DC shopping mall; who should get the call but Gibbs' NCIS team! From this laughter-inducing premise, the hilarity keeps on coming when Sheppard and McKay show up to "claim" their wayward Marines. Rage has gotten the voices for the NCIS crew down pat. I wasn't just reading Gibbs; he was speaking to me through the computer screen. And the antics of the rest of his crew, I felt like I was watching an NCIS episode crossed with SGA. Man, I wish the TPTB had done that for real! LOL Definitely a fic to enjoy when you need a bit of laughter! :D

Why This Must Be Read: At the conclusion of Cold Lazarus we see Jack step through the gate to escort the crystal being to its own world. But what happened after that? Does Jack just stoically suppress those emotions which must have been dredged up by suddenly seeing his lost child, again? Does he, in true Jack O'Neill fashion, pretend it just never happened?

Flatkatsi suggests otherwise.

In this beautifully written episode tag, Flatkatsi portrays a Jack O'Neill who is not quite as alright as he'd like everyone to believe. His brave face slips a little and he does a thing or two that he really shouldn't have. This Jack O'Neill is very human, and very true to the character himself.
