Why This Must Be Read: It's hard to say what I love the most about this fic: the incredibly hot McShep moments or the scenes in the infirmary, but they compliment each other so well that it brings this fic to a higher level. It balances humor and UST and creates a Must-Read fic!
Brief summary: Lusting after John is not good, no matter how well the guy mimics an orgasm, so it has to be that the aliens did something to him. A visit to an alien planet results in John and Rodney having to fake sex and now he can't get it out of his mind! He just has to convince Carson that he really is under alien influence and then stop fantasizing about Sheppard... Yeah, right.

Why This Must Be Read: Kiarasayre gives us Sam and Daniel on the cusp of S9, as they are about to go their separate ways: Sam to Area 51, and Daniel to Atlantis. The Wonder Twins share one last scientific mission together... and it's chock full of humor and characterization and reflection, together with some entertaining (and one very annoying!) original characters. This fic is a fitting tribute to the years that Sam and Daniel spent together, the wonderful friendship they share, and their marvelous synchronism. Simultaneously entertaining and bittersweet, Transitions is a most apt title for a very enjoyable story!
