Why This Must Be Read: I love Jack and Daniel ficlets like these - a quiet moment of communication between two people who know each other very, very well, and use that intuitive understanding to deal with the aftermath of a crisis.

 

Lokei gives us Jack and Daniel after Broca Divide, including Jack's discomfort over attacking Daniel and some nice insight into why it was so important to Daniel to help Melosha. There's a little angst, and a little comfort, and a snarky conclusion... and beer.
