Why This Must Be Read: because even though everything I know about NASCAR I learned from Talladega Nights, I love this fic. Started for sga_flashfic's Harlequin challenge, it grew to an EPIC AU of great proportions and was posted to harlequin_sga early this summer. SGA is a fandom of AMAZING AU's and Fireball is no different. I love how this fic has taken something I really don't like outside of a stupid movie with Will Ferrell and Sacha Baron Cohen (and then really only because of the kiss and if anybody saw the MTV movie awards where they accepted the award :D YUM XD) and turn it into a fic that I go back and read all the time :D

I also love how EVERYBODY is here, with all my favorite ingredients. Ford and his inability to name things; Zelenka's pure awesomeness; John and Rodney's wicked banter; Elizabeth, Ronon (alas, dreadless, but really, he couldn't fit those dreads in a helmet) and Teyla being generally amazing. Seriously. go read it :D
