Why This Must Be Read:

I couldn’t find where this was rec’d before, and it needs to be. Jack (and Daniel and Jacob, but mostly Jack) try to help an injured Sam get something she really, really wants. Complications duly ensue. What lengths will they go to? Fun, funny, heartfelt read. I think dietcokechic writes a lovely, slightly vulnerable but still strong Sam we rarely get to see on the show, and her Jack really gets to shine in this story. I did wish for more Teal’c – I like a lot of team in my gen fic – but there’s some Jacob/Selmak to make up for it.
