The reason I chose "Straws"...
CelticAngel captures the characters of Jack and Daniel perfectly (imho) and 'Straws' is one of my favorites. Full of hurt, comfort and lots of smarm! It's a must read for any fan of Jack/Daniel friendship fics! (Novel length) CelticAngel has been a nominee and winner at the Stargate FanFiction awards numerous times and I think that "Straws" is one of the best examples of why she deserved the nominations and wins.

The reason I chose "Double Take"...

Badger is an amazing author! Double Take is one of her fics featuring her OC, Father Joe-Jack's brother. This fic takes you on a rollercoaster of emotion through Jack's eyes. Definite hankie warnings. This is just one of the many fics that Badger has written that showcases her wonderful talent for capturing our favorite Colonel. A must read for any fan of Jack!
