Why This Must Be Read: According to the old adage, 'a lie travels twice around the world before the truth even gets its pants on'. And that's what's at the centre of this story. Following 'Grace Under Pressure', Rodney's being examined by Carson in the infirmary and someone else overhears part of their conversation.

This story is one of those ones that keeps you grinning the whole way through. It's basically a silly look at the active rumour mill that inevitably exists in Atlantis... and that John should really know better than to take at face value. Not that I'm about to complain about the results.
