Because I like Teyla's efforts to understand their teammates and help them deal with their respective particular situations. I also like their typical, reluctant reactions to Teyla's idea and the sense of closure and friendship at the end of the story. It's a quite, thoughtful story that caters wonderfully to the concept of "team".
