Why This Must Be Read: This was the first Jack/Daniel fic I ever read. I love it, It has been around forever so I really don’t think it will be new to anyone, I just couldn’t not rec it though. It has a wonderful slow build and twelve parts. The link takes you to the first part. It is a completed story. I honestly suck at this part, explaining why. All I can say is this story is what made me love this fandom. I rec it over and over.

I really liked this one (and those few of the series that followd time to read). The "awakening", the tension built. Uncertanity, hasitance yet still - at some point - awareness that this is inevitable.
