This one starts in the midst of Beneath the Surface; Jonah has an erotic dream about Carlin that sparks an appreciation for the man, and makes him realize he has a kink he never knew about before. When they get back to their normal lives, Jack does something about the first, but it takes him a while to admit to the second.
