Why This Must Be Read: This fic is an absolute delight, one I return to often when I need something to cheer me up. Rodney starts to notice things about John, about how they interact with each other, and soon the two are flirting. The warm progression of their relationship makes you feel impossibly fond of these two men. The fic isn't very long, but the scenes are lovely and sure to leave you with a smile.

The first time he put his hand on the small of John’s back, John ducked his head briefly, but not before Rodney caught a little smile.
