Why This Must Be Read: danceswithgary is one of my go-to authors. I keep returning to her stories again and again. She's a master at drabbles and manages to show us so much about these characters in so few words. I've not chosen one of her drabbles, though, but one of my all time favorite verses; Screen Savor. There are 17 stories in this verse and I enjoy every one of them. I love the pace of the title story, how John slowly comes to realise what Rodney means to him. It's a warm and beautiful story that makes my heart ache a little, as well as put a smile on my face.
