I'm late with my recs. My excuse is that I've been travelling and have only just had a chance to recap my favourite fics.

Anyway, I'm reccing both Het and Action-Adventure for this month.

WHY READ?: I love AU's and this one shows a particularly scary iteration possibility: a military Daniel Jackson who is not a very nice person. SG-1 go through to another universe and find themselves the 'guests' of an operation that looks more like the NID than the SGC. This story is great because it features the whole team, some rather cool action sequences, and Daniel Jackson, dark and bitter. Very enjoyable.

i remeber this one. heck, this is one of the few fic wehre i know the author. she lives in my town and i used to go to her store all the time.

her evil daniel was fascinating, and i think one of the first explorations of daniel being evil.

I dont' think she's written very many fic, but she has another one, Plot Bunny Genocide, it's a massive spoof, but also very funny

This is one of my favorite AU stories EVER. I *heart* Dr. Darkside (even when he's Major Darkside).
