Why this must be read: This very recent piece is one of the best Threads fic I've read. It shows Sam determined to carry on with her relationship with Pete, but struggling with the notion that she hides things from him all the time - but about work and herself. She tries hard to follow the 'normal' path, but not for the reasons you usually see in fics. The fic is deep, angsty, but at the same time very sweet - but not sappy. Definitely worthy a read.
