Why this must be read:
First is a response to a “five things” prompt… Five Ways that Vala surprised her team mates That’s why I am using that as the title…however the two others go along with it, and I consider them almost 3 chapters of the same short story.
The second, bonus, is short indeed and all about kittens. “Before You Start, Prepare Carefully”…
And then, the third is called “A Last Kiss” fic.
I love how it builds up to a natural progression of a budding relationship. There is also cake involved. And the writing is lovely too.
